Jack’s experience is made up of a successful 5+ years based out of the UAE, deploying Technology talent across the wider GCC. Prior to this, Jack was leading a team based out of the UK delivering to the European market, allowing him to become a well-seasoned recruitment leader interms of adapting to diverse cultures & industries.

Will is an experienced IT recruiter with over 11 years of experience recruiting and leading recruitment teams within the digital tech- nology space. He has built up an extensive global candidate network by having lived and worked as a recruiter in Australia, Ireland and the UAE. Will has successfully built out high-performing tech teams for a range of clients within Fintech, Smart cities & the consulting space.

Gina joins Quantum with 5+ years experience building Digital & Technology teams across the UAE. Alongside Gina’s time in the industry, she has a BSc Computer Science. Subsequently Gina is technically astute, and has the capability to speak the same language as the talent our customers are seeking, resulting in an unrivalled level of screening and candidate qualification.
